My passion for rowing began in 2006. I first competed as an active rower at club level and later at the international level. At the same time, I studied Sports Science and gradually discovered my enthusiasm for coaching. From 2012 to 2016, I worked as a coach at RC Danubius 1885 in Novi Sad, supporting athletes throughout their sporting development.

Over time, my professional journey brought me to Germany, where I initially worked as an assistant coach in high-performance rowing. Later, I moved into the fields of boat building, service, and sales—a decision that gave me a new perspective on the sport of rowing. In the years that followed, I gained valuable experience at companies such as BBG and LiteBoat before eventually founding Milosch SPORT. Today, I am an official partner of Salani and Kanghua, focusing on the sales, repair, and service of rowing boats.

After almost two decades in rowing, I realized that many challenges do not arise on the water, but in the communication between rowers, coaches, and boat manufacturers. Each party has legitimate interests, yet there is often a lack of a common understanding.

This is exactly where Milosch SPORT comes in. My goal is to bring these different perspectives together and, through honest advice, transparent communication, and practical solutions, simplify the entire process. This allows clubs, coaches, and athletes to focus on what truly matters—the sport of rowing.
